Default Uses for Worcestershire Sauce?

I LOVE Wusty!
I LOVE it so much i make my own - its nice and syrrupy (not runny like the shop ones)
Personally my favourite is to have it with poached eggs with bacon and fried tomato on a Lapigne (sp?)
Also not bad in a caserole/stew

Does anyone have more uses for me?

Use it to marinade pork or turkey fillets. This is my marinade:

- 4x 150gm pork chop or turkey leg cutlets
- 5tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt

Mix all together and rub into the meat. Leave overnight in the fridge, then panfry or roast it.

Worcestershire sauce is also used in Caesar salad. I have my own recipe

Can I have your recipe for Worcestershire sauce?

I have my own Caesar dressing recipe. Bear in mind that you need a hand mixer to make it. I can't remember it offhand, and i'm a bit too lazy to dig it out of my scrapbook But I can post the recipe with pictures the next time I make it.

Just how syrrupy is your sauce?
Thick enough to be used as a pizza sauce? *Insert Lightbulb emote*

Its still does have some viscousity

However i have been known to use it on Pizza (drizzled ontop of the tomatoes) and it goes magnificently with BBQ Sauce under a layer of cheese on home made Schnitzels mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

i'm surprised nobody has mentioned oysters kilpatrick yet.
that would have to be the most obvious use for it.

i'm too lazy to type out the recipe tonight, so here's a link instead...

I had thought of that but sadly I'm not an oyster fan. Great idea for others though
