Just ordered one now, was going to wait for the Acer 23-24" 120hz LCD.

But this just as good. =p

Here's a 15% discount coupon, 4MZR3KTJJRT0VS .

Brought it down to $509.14 delivered.

If the monitor was 1920 x 1200 and had DisplayPort I might have been a bit pissed since I just got three U2410s, atleast is isn't though

3D Vision is cool, and I've used it, but I don't game heaps, I'm finding I use my Eyefinity setup to do more window gaming while having work open on the other two then actually game across all three screens

Yeah, I wanted a 1920x 1200 but seems most 23-24" are now 1920x1080. Oh well =/

Looks like the Acer GD245HQ has been listed on the Acer site and is available at overclockers.uk website.

Hey,

Sorry for the late reply been testing this setup of mine and am loving eyefinity.

Coming from a Samsung I already knew these were going to be great. They are stunning at 120hz, so smooth and looking at my fraps when i play games its just stuck on 120frames with v-sync on. Definately good for games with a lot of tearing.

Only thing i'm disappointed in is the technology behind eyefinity. Once in eyefinity the refresh rate gets capped at 60hz . Don't know any way around it, don't think there is.

Which is probably why i'll get rid of these and maybe grab some 24 inchers instead. Someone else can actually make use of the 120hz technology.

Still deciding what i might do, but pm me if you'd be interested in these it'll help me on my decisions if people show interest in it.

I purchased the 2233rz at the beginning of last year from the states and have been using it exclusively.
For a 6 bit panel you can expect not the best picture quality but u wont notice it unless your a graphics artist etc.
Viewing angles arnt the best compared to my 2407WFP but that doesnt bother me at all.
The best thing about the monitor and the main reason why i got it is obviously the 120hz refresh rate but also the virtual illimination of input lag
(there r many reviews on the monitor that have actually tested it) considering my 2407WFP has an input lag of around 40ms average and up to 50-60, for me I noticed it big time. (my 2407WFP sits on the ground as a USB hub)
I havent tried 3D cause it only works with vista and win7 and I was more interested in the input lag.
Im still using it as I type this but now I see the alienware 23" and im so tempted but cant find any reviews on it.
