Those outdated hunks of crap just happen to be the 2nd fast card in the world, and the fastest nvidia card currently available. Even if their glory is coming to an end, their power is still just as good and suffice for my uses.

4 gpu's? i'm thinking $1200 might be conservative for the first cards.
then there'll be a huge shortage, where, any that trickle in will be even more expensive, then when they finally start coming in, stores will start lowering their prices for competitiveness.

try the states, they have some in stock and it works out cheaper than over here, even with shipping.

Hey guys, im back and alot earlier than expected all thanks to Ma Baker (<3 you Ma).

Just a quick update for those who are interested:

4890 has been sold and changed to a GTX295
But may not be here 'till after Christmas due to the strike

Supreme LT will be used for something else and is being replaced by a Swiftech Apogee XT

Sleeving is about 15% done, all of which was done with staples which i have given up on and am waiting for my ATX pin remover.

Project is on a bit of a halt due to lack of funds but hopefully Christmas delivers this year (and hope my job application was good enough!)
Stay tuned for more, more should take place on roughly the 26th.

Sweet

The strike ended yesterday, Swiftech Apogee is an awesome block but abit fussy with fittings.
