    Done!

You can email it in it's pretty straight forward just takes 5min...

If the entire Australian game playing community does this they will be swamped and have no choice but support R18+ classification.

Just avoid the offensive language, last thing we need is that one idiot sending in a stupid letter that gets published as an example of a gamer.

    Done my part

Mentioned that the government is not supporting the development of the games industry, and issues such as this just detur companies from developing here.
Me and my fellow game design students that i know are all planning on moving out of the country because of how terrible the situation is with our games industries.

Also mentioned that the fact that 1 man deciding that we cant have them isnt democratic and that last time i checked this isnt china (though its starting to look that way)

With politicians track records I highly doubt they'll be pointing fingers. Even so, I agree.

This all seems a futile to me, Atkinson will as he has always done put his head in the sand and ignore any and all evidence that counters his claims. Until he is out of office there is NO chance for change and he has said as much on many occasions.

Really? Since when did politics have anything to do with what the public wants?
Since when was politics about coming to a logical and reasoned conclusion to base laws upon.

If laws were based on what the people wanted and they were based on logic marijuana, ecstasy, steroids and khat would all be a perfectly legal drugs.

Yeah but if this demonstrates enough public support he will be forced to conform a phone call from K.Rudd telling him he is making the party look bad I imagine will do wonders to his attitude.
