Default OS 10 file system compatibility

ok here's the go
i've got a 40gb disk formatted in FAT 32 on my PC
i need to take it (in a fire wire caddy) to a studio with a G4 and access the files on it, is the file system compatable?

Yes, Im pretty sure FAT32 can be read by Macs.
