Default iMac screen has lost its colours

My desk top has lost it colours, it appears that the sceeen has become corrupted. Bootcamp (windows) is fine, however on OSX all the colours are very funny. Text is almost impossible to read. Any ideas?

Cheers

Check Universal Access options (the ones for sight impaired people) - sounds like you have enabled something.

Also check display profile.

Sounds a bit like "high constrast mode", I believe the shortcut is Control+Command+Option+8 to toggle on/off.
