I'm looking for a small but reasonably priced scanner which has an automated document feed and duplex support.
Whilst speed isn't a great factor as it'll be far quicker than manually scanning page by page it'd be nice to have something reasonably speedy. I've had a look around and spotted a few models like the Canon DR2010C and DR2050C but they are pretty expensive and was hoping for something a little cheaper. So any suggestions would be good. It would be a combo business/home use.

You might want to first define your reasonable price figure?

Well those models I listed are between $800-1000 which is a bit expensive for what I need at the moment.
So roughly $300-400. Hence speed not being important if the price is right so long as it can churn through them and do duplex so im not sitting there for hours on end scanning. Maybe they don't exist at that price point but hoping someone can offer maybe some older models or something?

One of my clients has the DR2050C, and to be honest, it's a real workhorse of a scanner.
The other suggestion is the Canon Pixma MX860, which (and call Canon to confirm) I'm pretty certain will do Auto Duplex scanning and copying. http://www.canon.com.au/en-AU/For-Yo...Printers/MX860 It's a cheaper suggestion too. Another of my clients has one and its brilliant. Feature packed and for the price you pay it's a very good bit of gear. http://www.megaware.com.au/index.php...ducts_id=88908 $238.00 Nice!
