This look like a way forward. Great Ports, Screen getting bigger, Really Hig Res, all the latest connectivity and a fat battery. Windows Phone 7 upgrade..

Rumored specs:
1.5Ghz Snapdragon CPU
4.5" 1280x800p 16M colour touchscreen (Capacitive)
1Gb RAM Monster Memory Capacity
1GB ROM
16gb inbuilt memory
microsd capable with capacity to expand this spec further - 128Gb sd card by Nov?
8MP camera with xenon flash
1280x720 video recording (HD)
4G, WiMAX, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1
HDMI, USB 2.0, 3.5mm audio ports
1800mAH battery

Regardless of the truth in the rumour, consider the speed with which the new models come around. hardly have time to settle decision wise before they raise the bar. Do I HD2 or wait..

I like the way this sounds. Might be a pie in the sky though.. ipad - pah.

Hmmm, any idea at all on release? ATM, I'm thinking of either getting iPhone 3Gs or HD2....

Since this is expected to be a WinMo 7 release, I'm guessing it won't be in the next 10 months. You're better off just getting one of those two.

Like the HD1 and HD2, the HD3 will be released in November. Like the HD1 and HD2 it will take another 2 months until you have it in AUS. At this time we will have a thread here dicussing the HD4 with a 2.5 GHz processor, a 6.5 inch screen, and a TV tuner.

yeah id agree with chainy. Considering the d2 has been out for 10 days it cant be too far away

cant see it having hdmi, and i thought micro sd was only @ 16gb right now i ahdnt seen any 32gb but i doubt 128gb by november.

32Gb is around for micro sd, however by the time this comes out the sdhc will be replaced by the SDXC...which supports up to 2 TB of flash
