Move XP from one drive to another

Is it possible to move the entire XP boot partition to another drive? I am about to purchase a new HD don't
want to go thru the install procedure.

yup use Norton Ghost 2002 and clone the new drive from the old... it's really fast too

Ghost 2002 as mentioned above, or Drive Image 2002, that's what I use...

Many programs will do this, I did this but moved Windows 98 onto a different drive using a Shareware program from download.com
Forget its name though

Your XP install may need reactivation after the move

Depends on how many hardware changes you have made

I did this recently with a win2k install.

If you are getting a seagate HD then you can d/l diskwizard from seagates site, its a great tool that partitioned my new drive and copyed everything onto it without a hitch.
