Warcraft 3 problems :(

When ever I play my Warcraft 3 games no matter what video card I use I get really choppy gameplay like it's stuttering or something. Could this be a memory problem?. All my other games don't do this by the way. Any help would be muchly appreciated

try this
add -opengl to the end of the Wc3 short cut
then it will run in Opengl insted of Direct3d
