anyone preorder RDR limited edition?

I saw it on game and JB website last week but now its not there?

i preordered from eb as its a 5 minute walk from work. they will pricematch if anyone else has a cheaper price @ pickup.

i saw it on JB site before, was $109.00 for LE

fishpond had it for $89 for the LE delivered, but i dont want to wait a week for it to arrive and last person i know who ordered from them got the Mass Effect 2 LE with a dog eared box on arrival.

im sure it will be out cheaper somewhere, but i just want this fucking game

Buying a console just to be able to play it!

Shortly after watching the first trailers for it i watched the Dollars trilogy back to back.

I'll be riding around the game on my mule. Don't be laughing at him. See i understand you fellas will be just playing around. But the mule, he just doesn't get it.

Can't wait. I've also been on a spaghetti western kick lately - soundtracks + a few movies. Finally got around to watching 'once upon a time in the west' - brilliant movie, though I still find the dollars trilogy the most enjoyable.

I'm hoping Redemption is more a spaghetti western and less a hollywood western.

i was hooping more than anything, this game would bring a more entertaining MP experience with people getting in on the whole theme of the game

so far, its looking more and more promising from the comments above and from a few other forums

im after more of a spaghetti western/deadwood experience with a little blazing saddles thrown in.

Just played red dead revolver for a bit in preparation.

It's not great. Red Dead Redemption is looking infinetely superior and looks to be quite a different game. For the better.

Can't wait to get my hands on Redemption. I'll even buy some xbox live gold time to play online.

Yeah, red dead revolver was originally developed by Capcom , Rockstar picked it up when Capcom dropped the project.

Red Dead Redemption is developed from the ground up by Rockstar, so it's pretty much a completely different game. They are just using the name.

Ugh, so naturally after I see enough material to convince me I have to get this game and then I finally get enough money together for the limited edition I find out that it looks like the 360 versions are all gone. Does anyone know of anywhere in Adelaide that would still have the LE for pre-order?

I'm debating getting the PS3 version but there's been no real comparisons between the systems with this game yet and I generally prefer to go for the 360 when it comes to games.
