Result: Faulty memory. Put in a new stick of 2GB DDR3 (which is actually 1600mhz cause thats all they had) and memtest86 has no troubles. Got to re-install windows now and run prime again to be sure.

Note to self, when building systems always run memtest86 as soon as everything is connected.

No prob, did you take the faulty stick of ram back to where you bought it? Most ram has a lifetime warranty.
