Default alarm

my alarm clokc just died, and seeing as my computer is in my room, i figured i would use it instead.....

now, is anyone able to either:

a) give me an alarm program

b) give me a command to put in task scheduler which lets me open a file with an application (ie. an mp3 with winamp)
