I think this board is pretty cool. I'd never get one as I need to have at least 1 PCI slot for my wireless card.

Yes but Noctua has always been great gear, Gigashat has only recently (after their P35 boards) been worth buying. Anyway this isn't a bashing thread.

Looks good.
I'll consider one once they are released.

I love the amount of pedantic forum users on OCAU. This board is one of the most efficient X58's out - better than the Classified. The board does not require the brute force that the classified is known to have to obtain high CPU clocks - it makes up for that in its efficiency.
It isn't a car that you drive around and everyone sees. It isn't a piece of art work that you hang on the wall for people to look at. It's a f**king motherboard that will mostly be covered by your video card, sound card and whatever other shit you chose to use. You could paint it pink and I would still buy it. But hey, each to their own. Going to be good seeing this up against the RIIIE.

Some people want a car that gets from a-b nothing more nothing less. some people want efficiently (prius..) they'll sacrifice looks (and looking like a complete duche) for that. Other people like pink Hyndia excels, each to their own.
Personally i'd like a car that looks good but is also high performance. Im happy to sacrifice a bit of performance so that my 'car' is asthetically pleasing to me. If i was an extreme overclocker id own a drag car... looks like shit but fuck do they fly. |

Like I said, it's a motherboard for christ sake.
Do you show everyone that comes over your board? Let me guess, no, it hides inside the case for no one to see.

I've made my point.
Feel free to make more pathetic excuses not to buy such a good board.
