This is something a bit weird that I have noticed in the last few weeks and seems to be Sydney city thing rather a North Sydney thing.
In the last 2 weeks I have seen maybe 30 people talking on iPhones, using the iPhone headphones with mic, but holding up the iPhone to their mouth at the same time. I dont get it, why would you think that you have to speak into the actual phone while wearing the microphone headphones? It isnt like Apple invented the microphone headphone, they have been around for a decade or more with every mobile phone coming with a set. So what has changed to make people think that you have to talk into the phone when using the headphones?
