Which OS to install on my lappy

Just bought a new lappy, specs are as follows:

CPU = Intel Core 2 Solo Processor SU3500 ( 1.40GHz )
Display = 14.0`` HD Acer CineCrystal LED LCD
Hard Drive = 320 GB S-ATA Hard Drive
Memory = 4GB DDR3 Ram
Optical Drive = DVD Super Multi DL Drive
Audio = Integrated Dolby Audio
Others = Integrated Intel GMA 4500MHD Graphics, Gigabit Ethernet, Wireless LAN 802.11 ( b/g/Draft-N )

Reccomendations for which flavour of Windows i should go for?

Candidates are:

Win 7 32bit or
Win7 62bit or
Win Xp 32bit

I'm running windows 7 64bit on my laptop. Works really well. 99.8% of stuff works. Don't see the advantage of 32bit.

win 7 x64, only option

win7 was the death of xp, and I would go as much as saying the death of 32bit windows too...

I have the 14" Core2Duo model and my dad has the 13.3" Core2Solo, both run W7x64 flawlessly.
