Anyone know if Google is working on a Symbian version of Chrome browser? I did a bit of a search but couldnt find much really.

Highly unlikely I'd say. Google (probably) have plenty of development work to do for chrome on Windows and Android, let alone other platforms. Add to this the fact that Symbian is getting a bit dated now - I don't think Nokia will be persisting with it for much longer given their new phones have come out with Maemo or Symbian^3.
