Default Can I freeze zucchini fritters?

I'm about to cook a batch of zucchini fritters.
Zucchini
onion
garlic
parsley
milk
flour
eggs
fetta
Parmesan
salt
pepper

mum seems to think they won't freeze well.
Any care to prove her wrong?
I would of thought it'd be ok

best to freeze raw or cooked mixture?

Go nuts and freeze them - I've done it many of times (with cooked fritters). If you microwave them to heat them up - they turn out soft and a little soggy - but definitely good for a quick snack!

they were delish
the key is to over salt n pepper or add some gutsy flavoured cheese or else it will be bland

500gm Zucchini
1 sml onion
3 cloves garlic
2 tlb parsley
1 cup milk
2 cups plain flour
3 eggs
fetta (i actually used tasty cheese) 125gm
Parmesan 50 - 100gm depending on taste
salt
pepper

its simple really
cut the zucchini in half and remove the seeds in the middle with a spoon then grate them and squeeze off excess water (this is important or it will be too watery)
dice an onion
grate garlic
chop parsley
add cheese, eggs, salt(1tlb?) n pepper
sift in flour

mix all in a big bowl to make a batter
put in the fridge for 30-60 mins so its thickens and is easier to ladel
add oil of your choice to a pan
fry for 2-3 mins on a low to medium heat each side
place in the oven on a low temp to keep warm whilst the others cook

sweet chilli sauce in a dipping bowl and your done!

kinda like cooking savoury pancakes really
make a batter and fry them
