Default iPhone 3GS files question

I got my self a 3GS 32GB, I have put some files onto the phone from my computer, I cant find them inside my phone can anyone help me? I cant see a menu folder

what file and where (what folder) did you put it in? and what are you using to browse for the file on the phone.

Well when i plugged in my phone i got an option to view its files, i put my files in there.

Not sure... Im trying to find a menu or something in the iphone to view all my files like ringtones, files, pictures etc...

i dont think theres a default all file viewer in iphone. you can install something like ifile (only for jailbroken iphones)

Curious how you copied the files over...I've never been able to copy files to it, only from it.

you know how you can copy pictures to it when you first connect the iphone to a pc. you can copy any files not just pictures to it. however the iphone lacks a file browser that lets you view copied files. unless you jailbreak it.
