Default Changing Date format in XP

Anyone know how to change the format?

Im using XP and have the taskbar on the left, making it show the full date.

8/28/2002

Like, I aint american, the date is 28/8/2002 :P

Anyone know if its possible to change ? I have it set to Brisbane in Time settings.

Control Panel, Date Time Language & Regional Options, Change the Format of Numbers, Dates & Times, then select English (Australia)
