Logo help needed for new website

Hi all,

My wife and I are in the process of starting a new business and while we have a very specific idea of the logo we want, we have both tried and failed in getting it together.

We have the font, we have the design/layout, what we need is someone to take it up and polish it into a quality logo with a few finishing touches. We need your hands more than your brains.

It needs to have a transparent background, and be high quality, as well as be easily scaleable to smaller and possibly larger sizes. In our heads this is probably quick since we know what we want, but who knows for sure.

We're happy to pay a reasonable charge for the right outcome, after all, this is for a business, not just a hobby website! That said, you can be a pro, a design student or just someone who does this for kicks, we only care about the end result.

We're not sure yet what this kind of service is worth, but if you think you can help us, please PM me for more details and to give us an idea of what you might charge in total.
