Default Sound trigger

Anyone know where I can get a cheap sound trigger or kit to make one in Australia? Im keen to have a go at some high speed photgraphy.

I've found this one thats been mentioned a few times which I'll probably go with if I can't find what im after here.

Also is it easy enough to output to a hotshoe so I can use any flash aswell as my wireless triggers for more than one flash?
