I forgot to ask what's the skirmish like with this game, this is the only part of the game I will be playing I never bother with the single player modes or online modes for these rts type games.

Thanks for the suggestion, but it didnt work.

Even if it did work the next time they release a patch your not going to download the 7gb again.

I can download the 7gb game in less than 2 hours but i cant download the 44 mb patch file. lol. Wish they had a direct download for it ffs.

To anyone having slow download woes, I had much better results downloading beta stuff from the patcher with P2P disabled.

Anyone having bnet connection issues? Last night games would randomly drop for me and other team mates, even though its definitely not related to our connection - ie VOIP still fine, no DSL drops etc.

Pretty sure you have to take it off the standard profile and pick another, from memory

I've tried this and no go

Also tried the differant network port on my motherboard.

This is so fail
Try going Tools > Preferences (or something like that)
should have an option for disabling peer to peer, that will just use http transfer to pull it straight off blizzard

well, just finished the SP campaign on normal.
was fairly easy.

Though, am a little pissed...cause i played some missions while the achievements were turned off it doesn't recognise that have finished the campaign

oh well, will be starting a hard campaign soon

and yea, mid play i've had it DC from BNET and 2 seconds later reconnect.
I got completely booted once yesterday, went back to the logon screen (while my game was still going in the background...was the final Zeratul missing too, really pissed me off) and i couldn't log back on, had to quit
