Wow, thanks for deflating my excitement balloon.
What shit results, considering the H50 is stock, so adding two x decent fans on the H50 should yield very similar results to the H70.

But then again, you could add better fans to the H70.. But AFAIK the H70 fans are pretty top notch in terms of static pressure and performance (from what i've read anyways).

You have to consider he was using 2 fermi cards in the case, at the same time mounting the radiator on the only exhaust fan in the case.

I'm seeing more shit results.

Core i5750 @ 3.2ghz

Corsair H70 (two fans) || Corsair H50 (one fan)
100% Burn (C) 51.25 || 56.5

Probably wait for some other reviews, as the results may be different for one reason or another.

Considering its against the H50 stock.
what if they added two decent fans to the H50, you could make that 5* difference even more marginal

Consider the extra cost, its approx $30 more then the H50 according to some sources (yet to be verified)

So I would say that's pretty shit results., But hey, these are early test, will just have to wait and see wont we boys!

I guess we can only wait for a bunch of actual reviews before deciding.

Yeah disappointing SO FAR. Out of two pretty dodgy reviews that is. Wait for some real reviews to come in, using the same fan setups on both the H50 and H70, plus using a more standard case over the Raven RV-02.
If an i7 @ 4GHz is 5C cooler at load with a H70 over a H50 using the exact same two fans then I reckon it would be worth it.
Maybe not worth an upgrade if you already have a H50 with two decent fans, but worth it if your coming off a large air cooler and want something neater and nicer looking that performs just as well as a 1kg lump of metal!

Pity the H70 hasn't seemed to knock the H50 down, pity for some that is.

I am sure H50 owners are glad though
