Just a question if anyone knows, I'm on an older $49 Cap plan, that doesn't have data included.... and are wondering what my plan charges are..... can't seem to find anything on the internet....

(I prefer my older cap plan, call charges and rates are cheaper than current plans....)

You go to a month to month basis on those terms when your contract ends - call them up or send an email to confirm though, but that is what is meant to happen.

Then obviously if you sign up for a new contract, you're under the new conditions.

Been a customer for 3 years, no real drama other than one with data charges. Was onold 79 dollar cap, called to upgrade to 99 cap rep did so, didn't tell me 1300 numbers are no longer included in cap, hello 500 odd dollars in excess usage charges over a couple of months, tried to call to talk to someone, Lara dicked me around for a while, eventually got through to someone who said it was not their problem, I'll transfer you, bang disconnected. About this close - to going to the TIO, service really suffered after they out sourced.

Bump.

My Touch Pro is driving me fucking stupid. Have never been exceptionally rough with it but the screen is having some dramas and now is playing all sorts of games.

Keen to hear what sort of plans come out for the HD; I'm almost tempted not to get another HTC, the Touch Pro is 22 months old, but I figure taking the hinge out of the equation might help some.

I had to get the TIO involved recently with an issue I had (Vodafone failed to respond via email, phone and hard copy letter) - but to their credit the resolutions department was very good at their job. Still having network gremlins since Monday (when HSDPA data decided to do an Optus and meltdown), but honestly the only real issue I have is lack of coverage out of town - as soon as I head north to Mt. Kynoch there's no reception, whilst Optus and Telstra have no coverage issues at all. Any word on expanded UMTS900?

Hi Dave@Vodafone!

Can you give us better news than Optus about Froyo for the Samsung Galaxy S?

Just tried to get Cricket TV working on my Droid, but the page keeps coming up with a 404 error.

Has anyone else had luck streaming cricket TV? I'm a 3 customer with an 'aftermarket' Android phone if that coudl be an issue?

I'm not sure but if your phone is running 2.2 you could just watch a Flash stream from www.crictime.com

I've looked at a couple of the voda caps, and I've noticed they offer both the traditional '$49 cap' versus the 'infinite $45 cap'. They both offer the same phone at no price, and at first sight the infinite cap sounds better in every aspect. Is there something crucial that I'm missing?
