They have different downloads for different servers. You needed to have downloaded from worldoftanks-sea.com instead of worldoftanks.com.

Damn that blows am I better off on SEA due to pings and more low level players? Is it the same experience as normal one?

In addition to that, the two clients are currently at different versions, too.

I've seen a drop in ping from 400ms to 200ms, but my internet is very flaky (rural QLD with peak time congestion), so I can't really comment.

But yeah the idea is that you get better pings, and hopefully more players in your own timezone.

Well the German TD maybe, the t10 german med is an E-50 prior to 7.4 that's been washed.

The T-62A has less armour and the same gun as the T-54 variant in game.

Every one always bangs on about Russian bias, i don't see it that much

Yeah the Ruskies get some good kit, and hobble the German line a fair bit, but once you learn to play around it is the same either way.

I remember reading all about the bias, and got tingles and giggled like a school girl the first battle i had in the IS7, i got fucking CAINED by a E 75

.

I don't even play the Russians any more really, having to much fun in the French arty

.

Mind you i hav'nt got my T 54 yet, maybe i should get it

I read all that bullshit, then saw a thread about tank statistics. Pretty much puts the whole Russian bias bullshit out to pasture.

Most russian drivers are noobs though. I started playing down the russian heavy line and it's just easy mode in comparison. I can't get over how i can just 1 shot things yet in my german tanks its a mission to get kills because damage is so low. Though i will say that the pz4 is a beast with 100% crew, rammer and a binocular upgrade.

Harder in german tanks? I've one shot a couple of IS-7's in my mouse much to the delight of team mates.

It's all about perception i think. People hear/read that Russian tanks are OP, so no matter what anyone else tells them they'll still believe it. Trust me when i say it, Russian tanks are FAR from OP.

I think my problem is playing the pz 3/4 and coming up against kv's, there is no way to take on a good player in one of these unless the kv is out in the open and you can just ring around him. To be honest i haven't had any problems in my tiger against equal level russian tanks.
