but its not that cos an i7 3930k @ 4.6 and sli gtx670's is no slouch (even when wot only uses one card it still pushes around 100fps max settings 1920 x 1200



anyone have idea's? note ive tried everything from running stock speed, dropping ram to 1600mhz, changing drivers changing video cards, disabling hypertheading, unpluging other harddrives, reinstalled windows, done just aboot everything i can think of.

note i had a 1366 system with 480gtx's before and it ran fine, now with this 2011 system does. and its only this game, all my other games run fine.

Running antivirus? Could be an issue. Redownload game setup files?

im only running the MS essentials AV

and its a completely new windows and WoT install (did it on the old install when i changed hardware but didnt change windows install)

unless it is happening with my other games and i just cant notice it
(goes to investigate this more)

Do you have one of those Logitech gaming keyboards? Heard their software conflicts with Wot sometimes.

In over 4k battles i've never seen nor heard of that.

yeah its a well known problem
its the logitech gaming software to be exact

turn it off before you play WoT and yah can gain 20fps easy

yes i have one of those but i know aboot that and it just drops my fps across the board not do these spikes.. tho i havnt reied it with this system so i'll give it a try anyhoo

EDIT: no nothing changed ive even shut down a bunch of services and programs at boot stilll nothing

i fraps'd a short clip at the start of a round in my kv5 just to show yah what it does

I run that software, and i've yet to encounter the "problem"

As for FPS, i run vert sync on. So 20 or 40 extra FPS doesn't mean much to me.

I'm far too stingy - it's 75% training for everyone.

Wahoo the x5 this weekend works wonders :-) just takes a while with 15 tanks or do as u never win them the first round!!

Just done a premium account for 7 days to see how it goes. Makes a huge difference when u have a decent round

Of course, it just takes a little longer. Crew gain experience every battle. The only difference is they have to level up from 75% to 100% first before they start gaining % in the second skills/perks.

It doesnt take too long, ive done it on a couple of my tanks

Remember that if you fully research a tank you can accelerate crew training.
