lol I know you're telling me...

I ordered them tuesday thinking they would get here friday at the earliest which worked great coz my GF was going to be out of town for a week come that thursday (I really didn't want her knowing I had spent $600 on more displays).

I thought that I could replace my 2 22" monitors with U2311's while she was away coz I knew she wouldn't notice the difference.

Then wouldn't you know come wednesday morning at friggen 7am just before she heads off to work the god damn star track express guy nocks on the door, I was still in bed coz I didn't start till 9 so she answered the door, with two big boxes clearly displaying that they contained 23" Dell monitors.

She was not impressed, especially considering I had only a month previously purchased the Dell P2210 for my triple screen setup when she left for her trip I wasn't really sure she was ever coming back

I order equipment through dell all the time, time always varies - I've had stuff turn up next day, 2 - 3 days later, 2 weeks later. 6 months down the track (seriously, out of the blue they sent me 50 double-headed IEC leads)

Happy to wait though

is it possible for me to call em up and get a refund?

this is just rediculout, i payed $800 and this is what i get?

il go somewhere else

they said

As Hive said, be patient.

When I look up my order status, they haven't given me an ETA for delivery yet. But I emailed them about changing my order last Monday and they gave me an ETA of next Wed for my monitors, next Fri for my DP cable. Maybe call them up instead of emailing them?

Well from the order status on the Dell website, my montiors are under the "Work in progress" status, and my DP cable is "Order received". Been like since the start of this week.

But as I said, through emailing/calling them about canceling a cable, and then ordering a different one, I got both ETA times for my orders. I hazard a guess you aren't being too polite if they're hanging up on you..
