Default Your Photo of the Week (15 August 2010)

A new thread every week where you can post a shot for the week.

It may be your favourite for any number of reasons, ie technically good, a favorite model, or even just because it's different to what you normally shoot.

Add the story that goes with the picture if you like but it's not necessary. It's just an excuse to post a picture that you'd like to share.

Feel free to ask for a critique if you like and comment on other shots if you wish.

bazz

Been working on techique.. There was a post here last week with a youtube video of a guy with a kid and a fountain in the back, the topic was wide angle lenses..

The main crux was manual focus, 3ft for a 12-24 lense, and f22! So i tried it.. and here is the result.

nice work, listened and applied the video very well.

Gave the DA* 50-135 a go taking some shots of my gf today, pretty happy with this.

also there's a whopping great blue line top right of the frame, is that some form of copy protection or something.
