Default Photoshop or not?

Not sure if this should go here or The Pub.
Do you think the following image is photoshopped or not?

Her front leg looks very unnatural but I've been told it could be a hyper-extended kneee. I remain unconvinced

I don't see a logical reason for someone to fabricate it.

But ouch. Even looking at that form makes me rub my knee.

Looks real to me. I mean her knee is a bit double jointed-y, but I think that is fairly common to an extent in pro ballet? See here I'd also think the angle of the camera may be over exadurating it a bit too.

+1 to the "why would anyone need to photoshop that?" camp

Her knee doesnt look double jointed, it looks like her leg is twisted.

Look at the calf muscle, it's on the top.

The base of her leg has an odd black line too?

I reckon PS'd

It's recon it's real. The compression from the lens makes the hyper-extension of the front knee look worse than it is. I do plenty of gymnastics photos and have seen stuff like this before.
