He wont fit the ud9 in the tj07. Get a lian li v2120 or armorsuit pc-80, plus 4 580s and make use of that board.

ok After doing some reading, and taking your advice and also looking around I have come up with the following:

Swiftech MCP655 12V Speed Variable Pump
Black Ice GT Xtreme 360 Radiator
EK-Supreme HF - Full Nickel
Bitspower 5.25" Bay Acrylic Reservoir
Tygon 3400 Tubing 1/2 ID - Black
Lian Li Black PC-V2120 (USB3.0) (yes the UD9 is a big arse board)

I would like to keep the current setup, in cooling CPU, chipset and GPU, so will this setup work?

I am also after an LCD display panel for temps and fan controllers, can anyone suggest one?

Thanks for all the help

I have the xaser as well(except the WC i threw that out lol) as i will be mounting the UD9 in it in the next few weeks the only place you will fit a 360 rad on the xaser without modding away is off the back connected to the rear fan slot, so as long as the GFX card is WC and not aircooled it should work fine mounted bck there! other than that your last parts list sounds a lot better than the first

IMO i'd go for a res that has a built in pumptop(res/pumptop combo) wich would help keep the loop tidy and increase pump efficiency.

The HW Labs rad you have chosen has a very high fins per inch rating wich would need to run fans at high rpm (min 1000rpm) or expensive high pressure fans. i would go for an RX360 or EK XTC 420 rad, basically anything with 12fpi or less so you can then get away with quiter less expensive fans.

check out skinnees review on the hwlabs 360 extreme rad(and others)http://skinneelabs.com/triplesv2.html?page=5

i have a TFC 360 xchanger(white edition) 7weeks old here you can have for a reasonable price if you want it just pm me!

only get that rad if you plan to use 2000+rpm 38mm fans, grab and rx360 instead. Also, a 360 won't be enough to cool your CPU and gpus.

In regards go to the res, it's a pos. It's a bitch to bleed and will keep sucking air back into your loop.

I'm no expert, but somebody said before his cpu doesn't run too hot. I'm running my loop of a single 360 and a couple of dogshit fans and even with the fans on 7v the temps are ~15 degrees higher then ambient on load.
The chipsets aren't watercooled though, they get bloody hot.

so realistically i've just proved ive NFI what i'm talking about

The i7 980x is intels highest specced cpu (6 cores with hyperthreading) although it's not a heat monster it still pumps out a bit when oc'd

pos, do you mean POM?

in that case and if possible connect a bleed line or fill port to the top G 1/4" port and you should have no air in the res then at all! being that it is so short height wise i agree with converge that it has the potential to suck the air back into the loop, but this is usually due to vast amount of turbulence going on in the res or a large cyclone forming.
imo reservoirs should have some type of anti cyclone and/or a diffuser option at the output to prevent any turbulence that allows air to get low enough to pass through(similar concept to what you see in the bowl of carburetors).

i7 980x may be a 32nm, but it is also a 130w tdp chip wich should be accounted for. don't expect great temps from a single 360 but it is suffice for the job at hand.Being that you have the xaser case you won't hang anything bigger than a 360 off the back, unless you have tall standing feet to raise the case of the ground and even a 360 without feet needs to be spaced away from the case as it will hit the extended part of the base. i made my own angle brackets and hung my 360 under the case sideways(i have 12cm long legs though, courtesy of an old tv stand)

Swiftech MCP655 12V Speed Variable Pump
XSPC RX360 Radiator (changed)
EK-Supreme HF - Full Nickel
Bitspower 5.25" Bay Acrylic Reservoir
Tygon 3603 Tubing 1/2 ID (3 metres)
Lian Li Black PC-V2120 (USB3.0) (yes the UD9 is a big arse board)

Ok final order prior to processing, will 3 metres be enough?

I have also ordered some of these Bitspower G1/4 Rotary 1/2 Compression Fitting, is all of the above compatible with this?

Also what would be the best loop setup (single)

Finally what fans to cool the rad???

Many Thanks

Single FTW, the rotary compressions are fine, just make sure they are the 1/2"-3/4" to match the tubing you have chosen.
Fans- being that you have so much heatdump on a single 360 i'd suggest some high speed fans maybe for those long gaming sessions and/or hot summer days. 3mtrs should be plenty imo, "if unsure grab a mtr more" i always say.

You only have one rad so single is kinda your only option, or do you mean setting up in serial or paralell? imo i'd go for a serial between cpu/chipset then paralell through the 2x GFX cards.
