Also, was playing 3 player online when 2 player was failing. Just finished the Spoiler below, highlight to read:
imprisioned wizard
level, but not before just as we got to the boss, one of our players DC'ed! O_O

BFM had to look at my screen as me and lanzor kicked arse

[spoiler]ended up killing him before he could spawn his whirlwinds, firefences, etc by a AAASFF beam + qfasa(space) and spamming that combo for 5 seconds. All dead!

Not before having just been defeated as the cutscene went. We thought we won, but then it restarted the bossfight :<

Cheers for the suggestions, will have to try a couple.

But the problem most of the time is you dont know what magick will drop and therefore you cant get the better spells

Super Mario on the DS is the same. You can only save per world, but you can't on the levels.

Usually:

world: save
level: save
checkpoint in level: no save


now it's

world: save
level: NO save
checkpoint in level: no save


people get upset over one level of saving geez

When vs everyone.

Frost, Frost, Water, Frost, Spacebar (Blizzard. Slows all on screen).
Fire, Water, Lightning, Arcane, Lightning (Mouse2 for Beam, Spacebar for Thunderbolt).

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

When vs bosses. Walk over to them.

Arcane, Cold, Ice, Cold, Arcane, Spacebar (Summon Death)
Lightning, Arcane, Lightning, Spacebar (Teleport)

-Teleport at the last second, pretty much one hits all bosses.

Forcing yourself to use other combinations of spells is kinda hard when you have one or two spells that just WIPE OUT EVERYTHING.

The game shines in MP, but it's almost better in SP as you don't have to worry about accidentally killing your teammates.

its good because its decently hard. Theres little to no help, which leads to experimentation and trail and error. good stuff.

Similar happens to me.

I forget all the combos when I don't play for a while.

Might try to make macros with the buttons on my mouse (call it cheating, but hey! should be fun )
