Renza - do you mean it wont bench above 1ghz or you cant set the clocks above 1ghz ? Many wont bench at 1ghz so dont assume they all do.

the clocks can't be set above 1ghz. this is using afterburner though.

hmm i just checked with gpuz, and it seems that it does set the clocks to 1ghz+ just that the graph in afterburner doesnt show it.

Is there decent differences in results with different drivers do you find or pretty much same ?

Umm, max power target set (159%) +150mhz core, + 475mhz memory.. So all up i think thats 1235mhz or so on the first card and 2nd runs at around 1285mhz.. Memory won't go over 3500mhz otherwise artifacts, sits at 3476mhz.. Oh got it max 3494mhz actually.. I think Scoteee and another guy here had memory at 3578mhz or something Those settings there are what i always have on, goes a bit further for benching but 1st card hits 1245mhz and 2nd card 1298mhz screen shuts off lol

Maybe drivers holding me back a little, im on 301.42.

nice score! i was wondering how the dcu2's were'nt blowing standard 680's out of the water, ive got another sneaky score sitting somewere for dual sli, but i think it's only 19300 might have to grab another one of the dcu2's and go again

did you use those new drivers for this run? if so i really need to run up my scores with these as well, then it maybe a bit more even playing field! The only crappy thing about using new drivers is 3dmark11 doesnt put it up on there website and i think Hwbot won't allow high scores with it, i could be wrong?

Thanks. Yeah before i was on older drivers and could only get a score just under you and iv been trying things to match your score but couldn't so i got new drivers.. I still can't get my memory as high as you and another guy so i dunno whats going on.

And as for core speed, 2nd card is okay at 1285-1290 but as soon as the first card hits 1241-1245, display shuts down.. Im guessing voltage restriction. Id like to get new voltage unlocked cards coming out and its a shame the directCU,s don't have it "yet" ?

And yes drivers not recognized yet but doesn't bother me that much, im not into putting my scores everywhere i just did it here cause i seen this thread. LOL Pretty sure you will Hit 20k with 2 as u seem to be able to go further than i can for some reason!

Hey White,

Yer these drivers look really good i just downloaded them and hope to get a chance to run them up tonight

It'll be your ram that'll also be scoring a lil less, 3dmark11 loves high mhz, i was running my ram at 2500mhz during my runs also i run my benches on a seperate HDD with only 3dmark11 n barebones installed

Did you get the Dcu2 TOP editions? my one is the top and it has instructions on the volt mod with the hot wire on the asus extreme, i just havent done it yet as i need to be able to solder :P and well i cant

maybe drop me a pm, i may be able to help ya with your CPU oc as well, you seem to be running half decent cooling, you should be able to push a 5.2ghz run also have a mess around with your ram, see what it'll run stable at

Heya Scotteee, yeah that would be awesome! Yeah haven't touched my ram at all yet and was gonna ask you about that, that and im not running an SSD either. You reckon those 2 things could be responsible for a little lower score ? Yeah i can't go too mental as this is my everyday rig.. AND yes i find my cooling really good, kinda lucky i have it as my CPU Seems to need a fair bit of Voltage.

Naa i only got the DirectCU OC versions not Top, only ones i could get at the time unfortunately. And yeah iv been looking at volt mods but like you im no good with a soldering iron either. Cool, i will PM you about OC,s.

Dunno if its allowed in this thread but here is couple pics..
