No problems so far, and seems pretty sturdy and lines up fine.

Got my 27" 750 today from Koi Tech. They even tested it for dead pixels for me before sending it off.

Only been using it for an hour or so, still getting used to the bigger size (came from Dell 2407WFP) Colours are excellent, even coming from the Dell. I thought that the resolution at this size would be annoying but seems to be OK. Everything is a little bigger and I'm sure a higher resolution would be better but it's not a deal breaker.

Not sure if I'm allowed to link to other forums but I saw a post titled "3x 120hz eyefinity portrait setup" elsewhere. It's 3x S23A750 with bezels removed and custom mounted.

Hey, since you are coming from a Dell can you describe what text is like on the screen? Is displaying fine text as sharp? When contrasting light text on dark backgrounds does it maintain legibility well?

Can't say I notice it being any less sharp than what the Dell was. Even with the lower resolution/bigger panel size. Everything seems as sharp/readable. I used the OCAU news page as a test, being dark blue and white text.

Edit: Can take photos if you like.

I just wanted to share with you having exchanged my Gainward GTX-580 Phantom with a Sapphire HD 6990 and everything is working fine now. Connected it with the displayport et voilą - 1920x1080@120Hz. :-)

Yesterday's L4D2 gaming was decent and it has been so smooth with anything maxed out. It's gonna be be some Rage and Dead Island today, although Rage is limited to 60fps what I have learned here. However, I suppose the console to be available soon, thus we will have all parameters to be set manually at hand. Dead Island is tweakable anyway.

23" is just right for my usual gaming and I'm happy not having chosen the 27" - although I would of course appreciate more room for photoshopping, programming etc. Coming from a Samsung 226CW I really like the glossy A750D but only if you can disable any light sources in your back.

Thanks to all of you guys who made my switch from NVIDIA to AMD/ATi easy. ;-)

lol, i replied asking for the 950 before you did, and as far as I can tell I haven't even been shipped one yet.
Oh well, I'll keep waiting ><

Just a little review from myself.

I got the 23inch 950 about a couple of months back, at first I was looking at the 750 just because of the stand and look. But the guys at Scorptec talked me into the 950 as it really wasn't that much more expensive and it included a dual link DVI cable and port.

When I unboxed it I had doubts on the look and design of it, but after a few day I just fell in love with the style. The shape is nothing like what it looks like on the website, it's such a beautiful thing in person.

The colors and brightness on the monitor are just perfect, I had to play around with it just a little but other than that, it's perfect right out of the box. 120hz gaming is awesome, I believe it gives a completely different feel to most games, even just moving around the desktop feels fantastic. It's now a little disappointing going to mates houses for some lan gaming with my Alienware m14x, because that's only a 60hz screen and just doesn't have the brightness that this monitor does.

I have measured the screen on the right hand side and on my 23inch, I have no drop what so ever, this problem may only be on the 27 inch screens as I believe they would be heavier than the 23, but I don't believe that should really sway anyone away from the 27 inch.

All in all I'm extremely happy with my purchase and the guys at Scorptec were definitely helpful in swaying me to get the 950 version.

I'd recommend this screen to any one :-).

Thanks for reading

I'm using the S27A950.

The lower resolution is actually a welcome feature. The only downfall is playing wow with less screen real estate.

So i kinda impulse bought one of these and didnt read about the 120hz via display port only, as my GTX580 doesnt have a display port im looking into options to get 120hz running. Any recommendations ? ie: selling my 580 for one with a DP.
