got those drivers on my 7850 and underwhelmed.
still have the grey screen of death with flash websites.

performance wise they work but nothing to throw your undies on stage at them for

Wasn't there something about having to toggle a setting in flash? I recall something familiar and I had to do the same to get playback working.

But if your previous driver was a base performance of 100% and the new performance is 102%, it's an improvement. I guess the biggest gains/emphasis is on the chips that have the raw grunt but it wasn't being put to work efficiently.

I think that it's fair to say that the latest drivers are aimed squarely at those with 7950s and 7970s.

Yea and only really for certain games, I think Skyrim and BF3 got a very decent boost for example.

would I get any noticable differences between 12.3 cats and these 12.7 betas? or will it only really benefit 7*** range of cards.

I'm thinking of Crossfiring my 7970... since I just got my Catleap. I currently have a reference sapphire model, I'm trying to decide whether or not I should grab another ref model or get the Asus DCU model.

Is it simple to turn on and off xfire? Is it worth it to just disable the second card for less demanding games to save power? Does anyone do this? That's why I'm considering the Asus DirectCU.

it really is only one website that murders it so not so much the drivers as the code monkeys who did the flash site i,m blaming

still annoying....as for games i still ahven't run into any issues with them but performance wise like i said much of a muchness on a single 7850
