Question 594Mhz GTS450 WTF

just noticed that ASUS have released a 594Mhz GTS450

http://www.asus.com/Graphics_Cards/N...NGTS450DI1GD3/

this confuses me as the card is more expensive then the regular ones that run at 783Mhz

maybe i am missing something obvious here. Anyone able to shed some light?

Doesnt need an external power connector, so its a very green card.

Is this better than a 9800gt green which can be clocked way higher?
