Hi guys

Having some odd issues with my K90. It's been perfect for the most part, but A few weeks ago I had that issue where pressing some keys would trigger other keys instead.... tried it on a bunch of computers and the same thing, took it back to umart, they tested it and said there was nothing wrong with it. Got it home and plugged it in and it was perfect. Odd right but oh wells.

Now a few days ago, same thing happened, turned my pc on, and it would trigger other letters..... tried a bunch of other computers and same thing. Unplugged it for a few hours and when I came back to it, it was fine.

Anyone know wtf is going on? I kinda feel like it has something to do with the drivers/firmware and changing the LED brightness (as that was the last thing I did before shutting it down)

Oh wells.

Keyboard is going excellently other than that.

if it's the drivers surely you can uninstall them and try using it without the drivers? it will still work as a keyboard just without all the extra bullshit

well if it does you know it's the drivers

Half the computers i've tried didn't have the drivers installed but it still did it. It seems to me like it could be the firmware and clashing with windows 7.... some posts about it on the corsair forum but nothing remotely similar to my issues.

Just seems very odd that it was fixed by unplugging it for a few hours

sounds like a hardware issue on the PCB itself. It could be after a while it gets warm and starts to malfunction.

I would take it back and make them use it for a night and see what they reckon then, all they have to do it use it on their office PC and see if they produce the same results. Hopefully they could then just replace it on the spot.

Thanks for the suggestions.

I love my Poker, but I really want to try another keyboard and I can't justify keeping more than a few.

Now they'll never move those 86's while PCCG are selling the 87 for the same price
with mechkeyboards.com the only contact point are two email addresses.
No business phone, no actual physical address.

not saying they will do this, but if they wanted to, they can close the site & email address and leave town tomorrow and all contact will be lost.

keep in mind he is 13 and loves MW3 and BF3.

This choc mini has been rolling along pretty nicely but I kept on forgetting to use the media keys which is what it also had on top of the poker.

Then I realised why... It has no play/pause button or stop button! WTF.

Well I'm not sure if the PBT version is different but mine had only volume keys and mute.
