The Das is still going strong, typing this on it.
Added, thanks for that

Watched a youtube review on the Das Keyboard Professional. User says that the letters on the keys start to wear off after a while i.e. they aren't lasered on. :@

Does anyone know of the TT MEKA G1 has lasered key caps?

EDIT: so the Das Keyboard actually has laser etching whilst the TT MEKA G1 is pad printed.

Geekhack has a metric ton of mechanical KB info. Their start here wiki was really helpful when I bought my KB.

Also Unicomp who still make buckling spring KBs. They bought the technology from Lexmark who in turn bought it from IBM so they still retain the iconic Model M look & feel.
