lol I own the Das Pro S and a Filco Ninja TKL w/ reds. I really like them both but prefer the reds, having said that I find that my typing on the Das is much more accurate and slightly faster due to not accidentally pressing the wrong keys.
It will be different for different people though, I've got rather fat fingers so typing on the reds means I'm more likely to mis-type, on the blues it was less and issue. In terms of outright speed I would probably be faster on the reds but I tend to have to retype words though ![]() Still I've found typing on the reds to be more comfortable.

A quick few minutes' work, starting out the somewhat tedious process of taking the QuickFire Rapid apart:
![]() ![]() Tomorrow night is for figuring out how to remove the front panel from the rear, and to figure out the best way to paint it...

Hey Ripster good to see you here. Are those pie keys from the group buy on geekhack? If so can't wait for them to arrive with my hammer and sickle. Haven't been able too see what was going on with the order with geekhack down.

There is a refugee sub-forum at Deskthority where are few of the GB dealers are posting updates. You could always check there first!

Where do you live? I posted in your other thread about Browns v Reds, if you're somewhere near inner-west Sydney I could drop a couple of boards around for you to try out for a few minutes.

Sure you can tell the difference. Just half-press the key - Browns have the tactile resistance, Reds are a smooth linear press.

that makes sense cos the brown felt a bit heavy...but anyways, i ordered their cherry red keyboard cos it was a few bucks cheaper than the cherry brown version.
