I'm excited, looking fairly similar, but will be much more polished by the looks of things.

As well as much more colourful with some nice environmental effects (Running stream in that shot)

Yeah loving all the subtle changes. They still keeping the cartoony graphics which is cool keeps it legit with the borderlands universe. Seriously cannot stop playing the first one in this 'down time' of games until Deus Ex

Just checked my Borderlands Gameplay time on steam. 133.7 hours hahaha

Saw the game in motion on the weekend not sure how much of this is new:

The subtle changes around the gun design and AI are fantastic.

In the run through I saw some of the new weapon designs had more of that stuck together with gaffer take feel.

The gunzerker character dual wielding looks like fun

There will be dual screen support on consoles with online supported at the same time.

There also seems to be more level variety with melting snow etc. Changing terrain into a hot spring

In multiplayer there is much better support for characters to hop in and out mid mission.

All the original characters will be there as NPCs
