Default EC-6 Fuild Question

I'm finishing the first stage of my new computer / water cooling project. Because I have nickle plated EK blocks I purchased EC-6 coolant. I plan on running a 24 hour trial with distilled water first. Is alright to drain the loop and then use the EC-6? Or is there something else I should do to flush the loop and test it?

That's pretty much what I did with mine. I think it's ok to have a slightly diluted solution of EC6 running in the loop.
