On the piano, there are normally three different ways used to play chords in their triad form. You have the normal way to play the chord, by picking the notes from a scale, in the order they appear, along with two other variations known as inversion 1 and inversion 2. This is because most chords only have three notes. I'm guessing you know the notes on the piano, otherwise you'll need a reference in order to follow below:

B Maj
B D# F#
D# F# B
F# B D#

D# Maj
D# F# B
F# B D#
B D# F#

G# Maj
G# C D#
C D# G#
D# G# C

F#m
F# A C#
A C# F#
C# F# A

E Maj
E G# B
G# B E
B E G#

Those are all the chords in your song with the two inversions of each. The only other thing you can do is add notes from higher and lower octaves to embellish the basic three notes.
