Using a Razer Mamba, really love it, 'tis an awesome mouse
Working fine so far but only had it for 5-6 months. Far better than my previous Imperator (which broke after approx a year, sent it into PCCG and they gave me a replacement but I'd already bought a Mamba, hehe).

I recently got a razer orochi for xmas, and it's been pretty good so far.
I've become so used to using a little logitech 205 or whatever it is, I struggle at times because I had to bunch my fingers up because the mouse is so small, and the orochi has a different design and layout. That's for the laptop, but I always go back to my MX518 for the desktop, that's still a awesome mouse. I picked up 2 spares from the Logitechshop, so when my current one finally dies (probably had it for 6-7 years) I'll have another waiting

Same here. I got mine in 2003. Except for some paint loss and a missing foot its holding up quite well. I was gonna get a replacement the other day online for the newer model for $20 but I couldn't justify the purchase. I have a mx revolution ready should the MX500 die a sudden death. It's still in the box and it can stay there!

I just bought a G9x, however Windows *refuses* to load drivers for it. I've tried everything I can. Removing every scrap of Logitech crap, registry cleans, the works, and nothing's changed.
So basically I have to format my computer just to get a mouse to work. It better bloody be worth it.

Microsoft wireless mouse 5000. Absolute worst mouse. I stupidly brought it on a whim, I live rural so I can't get nice stuff unless I get it online but I hate waiting so much!
It's heavy, and it is so inaccurate. I got an expensive logitech wireless and it was just as bad. Why are they so expensive but so shit? I thought, maybe it's just the logitech. But nope. This new one is just as bad. Anyway I'm going to get a decent corded mouse. I can't stand these wireless shit. Why the heck do they put this optical camera off center? It makes the mouse so inaccurate!!

No complaints about my Cyber Snipa Stinger i've had for a few years. Tried a few razers my son owns and never felt comfortable, Best $50.00 i spent.

Also that pinky plate thing is awesome. It's a bit annoying that I can't make the thumb bit go forward enough, and the palm rest gets all wobbly on the furthest notch, and has a little bit on the side that digs into my thumb muscle bit. Also the weights are too far back and make it feel unbalanced and the sideways scrollwheel is completely useless... Still better than anything else though Designers need to start making proper sized mouses for proper sized hands...

Mionix Naos 5000, and Propus 380 surface, loving both. Sold my Roccat Kone+ for the Naos, i use a palm flat grip, and the 2 extra grooves on the mionix are superb. also the wheel is the best ive used.
Downsides - no horizontal scroll, and the software is not up to the roccat's, in terms of what the buttons can be assigned to do, but I found I was never using all those extra features and flashy lights anyway. I like simpler things that are comfy and solid. Had the Roccat Alumic, sold that for the Propus 380, which is fairly similar, but the propus is flexible and i found slightly less susceptible to dirt/dust ingress which was affecting my movements. |

After reinstalling Windows to get the G9x to work (this was a Windows issue, nothing to do with the mouse), all I can say is... holy crap!
It's so fast and so customizable! Yeah the weights and shells are a bit of a gimmick but that just adds to the awesomeness of the "because I can" mentality. Plus you can customize the colour of the LEDs! I wish my G15 could do that. My only major criticisms is that the mecahnical scroll switch is on the bottom of the mouse, which makes it a bit awkward to switch between clicking and inertial scrolling, the mouse is wired (could have done a hybrid system, losing the weight system for a battery pack - like the G7) and coming from an MX-1100, I lose the hidden palmrest button that I loved so much (I had it programmed as a reload button). but even with these criticisms, I don't care. I love this mouse! I can't believe I was about to buy an M950 instead of this.
