have had 3 p67 boards - asus m4e, gigabyte ud7, msi p67-c43.

can elaborate on my issues with all 3 if requested, but basically, id take msi out of those brands, if i were buying back into socket 1155. dont imagine z68 to have changed my opinion much.
msi board had issues, but less of them than the other brands..
also funnily enough it OC'd to the same level as the other 2 mobos, while retailing a few hundred less
+1 for that, though with SB chips its less down to the mobo, more the actual CPU. especially at less than 5.5ghz speeds.

have heard only good things about asrock but cannot speak from experience there.
