Is it possible to rejoin a freyed magsafe connector? If so I still have the parts but wasted $200 on a new one, third party was $70.

But I would like to fix my old one and sell the new one to recoup some cost used with warranty as Im moving on from old faithful MBP 13 2012 to something new, and yes it does start with MS (dont hate me lol). no its for work purposes.

    Cheers

May be possible, not familiar with it.
Can you post a pic of the damage?

Yeah, assuming it's just the cable.

Before you do, i'd go to an Apple store, and very nicely and not expecting anything, show them the broken cable (don't mention you've already replaced it).

They may replace it for free.
