Girlfriend and I's cat Floppy Socks. (we couldnt think of a more normal name, so it kinda stuck, mostly just gets called "Socks" for short. Named cause of all his paws being white which he kinda flops around)

My little fella was classified as a short hair domestic tabby, but a few people who have seen him reckon part of his background may be part burmese due to the large ears and long slender body. He's only four months old in that picture. Anyone else on here have any suggestions?

Bishop looks badass. I assume he's named after Bishop in Aliens.

We had a new arrival at our house last night. Meet Oscar, a 6 month old greyblue and white boy that I got from a rescue group in Sydney.

Hes a very good looking cat and I couldnt say no to him. Cant understand why anyone would have given him to the pound.

Extremely affectionate and easy going... the rescue group said not to expect too much for a few days and that he will likely not interact for a while.... well he explored the house at 8.30pm, found his food bowl and scoffed at 8.40pm and was on my lap getting a scratch at 10pm.

Here are some pics... its my first cat (always had dogs etc) so we are both going through a new experience

He meowed all night last night, missing his former shelter mates and probably a little alone and nervous... will see how he goes tonight. Any suggestions on ways to help him settle in as he was roaming around meowing till 4am this morning and I need my sleep too :)
