Would like to teach some kids about 3/4 and 4/4 time. I need cookie-cutter pop songs that are in the top 100 in the last 2 or 3 years, as anything older, the kids will have less interest.

Can only think of Thousand Years by Christina Perri, and that song is 2011 and largely irrelevant to 3rd and 4th graders. Surely, some top 100 songs have been in 3/4 time since then?

3/4 time is startlingly rare in pop, mainly due to the extreme difficulty in getting it right.
Aside (of course) from the 1976 "Millionaire's Waltz" by Freddie Mercury/Queen is "All that's In Between", by the brilliant(but now tragically dissolved) band "Louis Barabbas and the Bedlam Six". At least, being released in 2013 it fits in your time period. Even it doesn't fit in your criteria it's well worth a listen.

You could even use a web search you know :)

Not sure of today top 40, but some more famous 3/4 tracks that may still be recognised from being played on the radio:

    Metallica – Nothing Else Matters
    The Corrs - Runaway
Seal - Kiss From A Rose

I've always counted this as 6/8.

Of course Google was the first place I checked, but nothing came up in recent pop music history, so I asked here.
