Can anyone recommend a somewhere to take my old Yamaha RGX-312 to get setup?

I've started noodling around again on it, and i have an annoying fret buzz when bending the high E string on/higher fret 12. I'm thinking the truss rod may need adjusting, but i don't want to damage it. It has a locking tremolo, and i've raised the string height which helped a little, but now it feels too high.

I don't want to spend too much, been quoted $120 for a setup, but the guitar only cost about...

I wanna go this way too except I need windows 10 compatibility, will be using a Surface Pro 6. Have read that the iRig 2 HD is fine with correct drivers. Its the blueboard (wireless midi pedalboard) that has me, cant find anywhere that its compatiblw with wibdows 10, and most threads ive found are 1-2yrs+ old
