I need to buy a digital camera with usb tranfer for my friend, max price is $50. Any suggestions? Has to be ALRIGHT image quality, like not 300kilo pixel.

You're unlikely to find much new for that price. It seems cameras start around $100, so either your friend spends a bit more, or you find something second hand that was $100 one or two years ago.

You could try a WTB thread in the photography marketplace, just make sure you put $50 in the title of the thread.

Plenty of 2nd hand P&S in that price category. I have an Olympus which is 3MP that I tried to sell on here a few months back for about $40 but no takers

    this is it

    #5 Olympus D540 P&S 3.2MP

Photos taken in daylight are pretty good. Flash photos not so ( typical of P&S ). It takes 2x AA batteries and works fine with NiMHs but the batteries dont last as long as LiIons on other P&S. In Excellent condition cosmetically

Comes with Box/manuals etc and 128 Meg xD card

Happy to let it go for $45 Inc post as long as its not in a really remote place that costs lots of extra $$ for postage
