I installed them when they first came out. They are extreamly good drivers and had fixed all problems I ever had with the card. Thing is now I just got my Nforce2 mobo and I like this sound much better :)

Also, you should point out that these drivers work on all Hercules sound cards with a Cyrstal Logic in it.

    I just bought mine yesterday.
Do the drivers improve performance at all?

i got these the night they came out to use with my Fortissimo II (its good to see a that Hercules has made this driver set a Universal Driver for all the Hercules Sound Cards) anyways..
the old v2.03's where a big step up from the 1.50's which where ordinary . but these 6.07's are excellent all the popping noises i was having with the previous drivers are now gone as well as the random crashes i had when i "Enabled Stereo Expansion"
and the preset Eq settings where not being saved . that problem is gone now to

thumbs up with these drivers

now all Hercules have got to do is get some new Detonators out for my Herc video card as the 40.41's they released are ordinary to say the least along with the crashes i always got opengl is way to dark as well
